Complimentary tea, coffee, and travel-sized toiletries are provided, along with a starter pack of washing-up liquid, toilet roll, and kitchen roll.
Enjoy free parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway and access to the large back garden. Please note that the garden is also accessible to the studio flat next door, so other guests may be using it.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES. Noise detection alarms are in the property, and any guests suspected of throwing a party will be immediately removed. Guests are required to complete verification facilitated by Truvi, which involves providing a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
