Pets are not permitted. Parties or any sort of gatherings are not allowed. Guests are responsible for keys, and lost keys or lockouts will incur charges. Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving. Standard check-out cleaning is included, but extra cleaning due to excessive mess may incur charges. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. A fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for house rule violations.
