Hi! I'm Kamila and I'm looking for a roommate to join me in this large, beautifully maintained house in west London. Viewing and meeting is essential so we can see if we're the right fit. The house has a driveway, a garden, a living room, and a kitchen/dining room. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (the half is a guest toilet downstairs), and the room on offer comes with its own private bathroom and private balcony. There is also a spare room on the top floor that serves as a second living room, office or creative space. The house is owned by a private landlord, so you would be subletting the room and signing a lodger agreement rather than a tenancy. I live here with my outdoor cat Luna, who needs no litter box, is low maintenance and is very demanding of cuddles. My work in production is inconsistent, so I am home at times and away for weeks at others; ideally my roommate would be similar. The kitchen, living room and garden are yours to use, though I'm not looking for someone who spends hours in the kitchen daily or goes to bed very early. The neighbourhood has excellent transport links, a friendly community, every amenity within walking distance, and is safe and pretty. The house is LGBTQIA+ friendly. I'm looking for a roommate who is chill, extremely clean, communicative and pleasant, and who will share household responsibilities naturally. Guests are kept to one or two friends at a time; regular hosting is not the vibe. Available 10th November 2026, deposit £1,500, bills included.
