We are looking for two new housemates to join our creative, health-conscious home. Our house features a fully equipped kitchen-diner, which serves as our main social space. While there is no separate living room, we enjoy a large garden equipped with hammocks, a fire pit, outdoor seating, and a shed for bike storage. We have a cleaner every two weeks for communal areas, a water filtration system, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and an additional toilet. Two double rooms are available: one is 15.7 sqm, faces the garden, and gets afternoon sun; the other is 16 sqm and faces the street. Both include furniture, which can be removed, and we can provide a bed frame. Rent is £800 per month, including bills, with an £800 deposit. We seek a tidy, respectful female professional or student for a minimum six-month stay. No couples, pets, or smokers.
