Room to rent Alexandra Road, Greater London

Description

A double bedroom is available in a shared house in Wimbledon. The room is fully furnished and features a purely aesthetic fireplace. The house is located next to a busy road, so it may not be ideal for light sleepers. The house is centrally located in Wimbledon, with a 7-minute walk to Wimbledon station (District Line, National Rail direct to Waterloo, Trams), a 20-minute walk to South Wimbledon (Northern Line), and a 10-minute walk to Wimbledon Village. The kitchen/living room is shared and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. There are two shared bathrooms. The property has a small front garden. On-street parking is available with a permit costing around £90 for 6 months. Housemates contribute £10 per month for shared household items. The room requires a one-month rent deposit. You would be sharing with four existing housemates, three men and one woman, aged 25-31. They are all working professionals in various fields and work hybrid schedules. They are looking for someone clean, sociable, and who enjoys house activities like cinema trips, tennis, and pub quizzes, and who also works hybrid. Viewings will be held over the next few weeks.
