Non-smokers and pet-free, the housemates prefer to live with other males but are open to couples. The new housemate does not need to provide references. The house share is conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk to the New Eltham Station. The availability begins on 8th August 2026, with a deposit of £826 required. Please note that bills are not included in the rent.
