The boat has a large living room with a double bed and generous storage underneath, a full-size powerful shower, a full-size gas oven with four hobs, and plenty of plug sockets. It has central heating with three full-size radiators, a proper hot water system, and a wood burner in the living room. A large skylight brings lots of light into the front room. Prior experience of living on a boat is preferred but not essential, and the owner is happy to walk you through everything first. The boat will need to be moved from time to time and filled with water at least once or twice during the three months. The engine is very quiet compared to most. Viewings are available around Victoria Park and Broadway Market, Hackney, London. No council tax is required.
