The ground floor comprises a spacious, open living room with comfortable furnishings, a bathroom with a separate bath and shower, and a fully-furnished kitchen with a gas cooker. The house also boasts a wonderful garden at the back with possible bike storage in the sheds.

Transport links are excellent, with Bromley-by-Bow station a 10-15 minute walk away, and West Ham and Stratford tube stations a 15-20 minute walk away. Stratford International is 20 minutes away.

The location is superb, offering a quiet road with great transport links. It is also conveniently located 10 minutes from the nearest major supermarket, 10 minutes from the Olympic park, and 15 minutes from the Westfield shopping centre.

The current flatmate is a highly active professional who works full-time and is a competitive fencer. They are tidy, considerate, and enjoy reading, chatting, and going out with friends.

New flatmates will have a lot of freedom due to the current flatmate's busy schedule, but they are keen to find flatmates who are sociable and enjoy building friendships. Ideally, new flatmates would be fellow working professionals with shared interests. The current flatmate has enjoyed living in mixed households and would prefer at least one of the rooms to be taken by a female.
