Description
We are looking for a calm and respectful female lodger to rent our guest room in exchange for childcare duties for our two children (5 and 7). This would involve one evening a week bringing them to bed and being at home while we are out, and one night a month for an extended lie-in. This totals approximately 12-14 hours per month, with flexible days. The room is at the top of the house, away from the lively family atmosphere. We have two cats and a baby tortoise.
This arrangement would suit someone with a 9-5 job or studying, who is happy to be at home watching TV one Saturday per month for a parents' night out. We are a social family and include all guests in our family life. References are required, and couples are not accepted. The deposit is £350.00, and bills are included.
