A sunny double bedroom is available to rent from October 12th. The room receives plenty of light. There is a shared bathroom on the same floor, shared between you and one other housemate. The house features a shared kitchen, a large living room, a washroom, a garage, a bathroom, and a lovely garden. We are seeking a mature, tidy, respectful, and easy-going individual over 30 who is a non-smoker. The ideal housemate will be a great addition to the current relaxed dynamic. The house is shared with primary school teachers, a holistic facial therapist, and a woodwork business owner. We all work different hours but enjoy chilling on our days off, doing yoga, meeting friends, going to art exhibitions, and travelling. We treat the house as our home, keeping it nice, clean, and clutter-free. As the kitchen is the most used room, we clean as we go. You will be expected to do the same. We do not have a cleaner, but we take turns cleaning the house weekly, with each person cleaning the shared spaces every fifth week. The walls are thin, so the house suits someone who appreciates peace and quiet and respects others' space. Noisy activities like hoovering, washing, or showering are typically done by 10 PM. The house is located near Tooting athletic track and lido, with Tooting Common nearby, ideal for picnics and runs. Bills are typically £100 or less per month and are not included. A 4-week deposit is required. The property is directly managed by the landlord.
