This live/work space occasionally hosts rehearsals and aerial circus training. With varied schedules among roommates, sound can carry, so ear plugs are recommended for light sleepers. The sublet is open to queer individuals or allies, with a minimum age of 25. Bills are included, and a £300 deposit is required. Available from July 1, 2026, for a duration of 2 to 4 months.
