The property features a large shared bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious kitchen, and a living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a 6-hob stove. The area is residential, safe, and close to pubs, shops, and cafes, with Victoria Park just a 7-minute walk from Bow station. Bills are approximately £150 per person. The rent will increase in March 2027. The new housemate should be a vegetarian/vegan, aged between 25 and 29, and not a student. Smoking is permitted, but pets are not. References are required.
