The house is shared with friendly and respectful professional women who value a calm, tidy, and harmonious living environment. We are looking for someone who shares these values and enjoys being part of a considerate and welcoming household. A regular cleaner is provided, and we ask everyone to help keep the house clean and tidy between visits. The kitchen should be left clean and organised after each use. The property is conveniently located with excellent transport links and local amenities nearby. The monthly rent is £950, including all bills and regular cleaning. Hybrid working is welcome for an additional £100 per month to help cover increased utility costs (gas, electricity, and water), for up to 3 days per week. Full-time home working is not suitable for this household. This is a quiet, respectful, and comfortable living space.
