Description

Two professionals in the education and civil service industries are looking for two housemates to fill double rooms on the first floor. One room is available from the end of November and the other from the end of December. We are seeking women and non-binary working professionals looking for a long-term place. You must be happy living with a cat, as we have one, Coco, who prefers being a solo cat, so we cannot accept any additional pets. We all have busy schedules with a mix of working from home and the office, but we enjoy spending time together, eating together, watching TV and drinking wine when we can. We are looking for someone social, friendly and clean. The house has a garden and a sunny living room and is 8 minutes from the tube and a short walk from several parks. The rooms come part furnished, with more details available on request. You may paint the rooms if you wish. We have a good, hands-off relationship with the landlord, and the house has been decorated and personalised by tenants over the years. Bills are normally £40-£80 a month on top of rent, and council tax is included in the room price (band D).
