Bedrooms are spread across different floors for added privacy, with one featuring a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and mood lighting, while the top-floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, though with slightly restricted head height.
Paid parking is available next door at the Premier Inn car park for £30 per 24 hours, which can be arranged via an app and booked in advance. Additional street parking is available on nearby streets, payable using the RingGo app.
The dining table in the open-plan living and dining area can double as a space to work.
Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. Smoking, vaping, and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited, including the garden; a charge of up to £500 may be applied. No pets are allowed. No unregistered guests are allowed. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am. Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, and check-out is before 11 am. Late check-out without prior agreement will incur a charge. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee applies if you are locked out. Guests will be required to complete an online verification process facilitated by Truvi, which requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Guests can choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40.
Ideally located less than a 5-minute walk from Richmond town centre and Richmond Station, the cottage provides easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks. Enjoy fast links into Central London via the underground (District Line) or mainline train. The property is situated in a walkable neighborhood with excellent public transportation options.
