A caring, considerate and community-minded household is looking for a new housemate.

The available room is a cosy and bright double on the first floor with direct access to the garden and its own shower.

The five-bedroom house features a bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room, kitchen, and garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house is generally well-facilitated.

As housemates, we maintain a tidy, relaxing and supportive environment. We celebrate birthdays and other events together and have the occasional bring and share dinner. We are mindful of each other’s privacy and independence too. We enjoy a range of activities including gardening, cooking, exercising, reading, watching films and live music.

We are looking for someone thoughtful, responsible and kind. WFH is possible but we are looking for someone who works most days out the house.

Bills are usually around £70 per month (that includes water, electricity, internet, TV licence). Council tax is included in the rent.
