Room to rent Fenwick Place, Greater London

Description

Bright, furnished double room with its own bathroom in a top-floor, two-bed, two-bath flat with a wraparound balcony, 30 seconds from Clapham North station.
Your flatmate is moving out, so the room is available from 22 November. The room is a good-sized furnished double with plenty of space and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is just for you, so there is no queueing for the shower in the morning.
The flat is on the third floor. The open-plan kitchen and living room has skylights and a washing machine is provided. The wraparound balcony is a real bonus when London gives us some sun.
Clapham High Street (Overground) is about a 5-minute walk, and Stockwell (Victoria and Northern lines) about 10 minutes. Clapham High Street's bars, restaurants and gyms are on the doorstep, and Clapham Common and Brixton are within walking distance.
You would be living with Yash, who works in tech and enjoys movies, sports and reading. You are looking for someone friendly, considerate and respectful of each other's space.
Rent is £1,300 per month plus around £250 per month for bills, covering energy, water, council tax and Wi-Fi. The deposit is £1,500.
