While the kitchen and bathroom are shared, the living room and garden are private family spaces. We are looking for a tidy, respectful, and sociable tenant who prefers to spend time out or in their room. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. The home has a calm, welcoming vibe and is located within walking distance of local amenities, parks, cafes, and transport links, including the Overground and Tube.
