The room faces west towards the garden, receiving natural light throughout the day. It can be provided furnished or unfurnished and equipped with a TV, currently including a bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, and cabinet, but adaptable by agreement. All bills and council tax are included, and WiFi is available. The house is large with 4 bedrooms in a very quiet street, 5 minutes from Northfields station and 2 minutes from amenities and parks. Paid cleaning is provided every two weeks, with shared responsibility for bin management and general cleaning in between. The household is bilingual (English-French) and consists of a professional father, and two friendly, open-minded teenage students. Viewings are welcome.
