The room is south-facing, overlooks the patio and receives morning light, with white wooden shutters. It comes with a double bed with memory foam mattress (a spring mattress can be swapped on request) and one wardrobe, with a chest of drawers available if needed. The kitchen, lounge, patio and bathroom are shared with the landlord. WiFi (1 Gbps fibre) is included in the bills; heating is by preference, and the house can be a little cool in winter. A TV is available in the lounge for streaming, but there is no TV licence. Monday to Friday lets or short-term lets may be considered. The landlord is looking for a friendly, clean and tidy housemate who respects the space. No smokers and no pets.
