Our third housemate is moving back to New Zealand, so a light-filled room is available in our modern split-level townhouse in convenient Dalston, from 10 December (possibly slightly earlier). The townhouse has three bedrooms, two renovated bathrooms and an open-plan living and dining area, with floorboards, double glazing, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and you will share a bathroom with one other female flatmate. Rent is £1,025 pcm plus internet and bills, which are roughly £150 pcm; the deposit is £1,025. We are two Australian professionals in their late 20s and 30s. We keep a clean, peaceful, homely house, and we are looking for a professional in their 30s who works hybrid, is clean and considerate, and wants a home rather than just a place to crash. LGBTQIA+ friendly; no couples or students.
