This flat share features a single bedroom available for rent, ideally located near Tube links to the Elizabeth and Piccadilly lines. The flat will be shared with the landlady, a female artist and teacher, whose creative spirit fills the space with art and books. All bills are included, with amenities such as a new shower and bathroom, a washer with a tumble dryer, and a microwave. The room can include a TV if desired. Tenants are expected to maintain a clean and respectful environment. For those coming from abroad, the room includes bedding and the use of all kitchen utensils. The flat will be exclusively available to the tenant during school holidays. However, note that fish is not allowed due to the landlady’s allergy.
