We are a relaxed, non-judgmental household of 10 open-minded, friendly people aged 25-45, from diverse backgrounds, who enjoy each other's company. We love cooking, watching films on the massive projector, and chatting over drinks. We are independent yet sociable, keen to make new friends and look out for each other. The house features high ceilings, skylights, ample light and space, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and bath, central heating, fibre optic broadband, a projector with a big white wall for films, guest sleeping platform, bike storage, a private backyard for work or smoking, and a large front garden for growing things, BBQs, or sunbathing. All rooms have opening windows and central heating. The area is vibrant with creative houses and interesting people, featuring a music venue, bar, workshop space, and new studio spaces. Manor House is well-connected via the Piccadilly and Victoria lines, with excellent bus routes. It boasts top Turkish restaurants and shops, and a nature reserve is a short walk away. Rent includes all bills and council tax, with a £15 pp kitty for a monthly cleaner and shared household supplies. We also have a cleaning rota and are committed to recycling.

Available from 27th September 2026 for a minimum of 4 months. Deposit is £835.00. Bills are included.
