I am looking to sublet my room for four months, from January to May, in a beautiful, very spacious period home with lots of natural light. The room is already furnished. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs, plus a kitchen and a separate living room. The nice garden has lots of plants and seating areas. Bills and council tax are included in the rent.
You would be living with my friend, who is doing a masters in English literature, our cat, and her dad, the landlord, who stays for periods of a few weeks to a month at a time. It is a family home, so it suits someone comfortable and flexible with that. My books, pictures and other belongings will be packed up when I leave, so there is room for you.
The area is lovely: a 15 minute walk to Rye Lane and only a couple of minutes from Nunhead Lane, on a quiet road yet easy to get out from.
