The environment is quiet, with most housemates working full-time. There is a shared living room and kitchen, and monthly cleaning services. The location is ideal, a short walk from Bethnal Green underground station and local amenities. The rental covers September and October, with the last week of August rent-free. Only females aged 21-45 are preferred. Smoking is allowed, and pets are not. All bills and WiFi are included.
