We are looking for a girl to join our house share in Hackney. The room available will be partly furnished, with most drawers and a desk being taken by the departing roommate. We are seeking someone sound, good craic, and clean, who enjoys both personal space and socialising. Bills are approximately £195 per month, covering council tax, Wifi, water, energy, a bi-monthly cleaner, and a monthly household shop. The current household consists of 2 English guys, 2 Scottish guys, and an Irish girl. The property has a total of 6 rooms. New housemate preferences include no couples, smoking is acceptable, pets are not suitable, and it is not suitable for students. References are required. The minimum age for a new housemate is 27 and the maximum is 33. Females are preferred. The room is available from 1st November 2026 with no minimum or maximum term. A deposit of £850.00 is required, and bills are not included.
