We are looking for a friendly, clean, tidy and chilled professional female to join our 3-bedroom flat in East Village, Stratford, as our current flatmate is moving on. The flat is available from mid to late November, with some flexibility from mid November depending on referencing. The rent is £1050 per calendar month plus approximately £110 to £140 in bills, including electricity, water, council tax, Sky TV and 1GB internet. The flat is on the 8th floor with views over the Olympic Park, London Stadium and the City skyline. It is a few minutes' walk from Stratford station and Westfield, and has a huge open-plan living room and kitchen with air conditioning in the living space. There are two sunny balconies, a lift, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The room is a sunny double bedroom with a double bed and a large triple wardrobe, with potential for two bedside tables and a chest of drawers from the landlords. The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate, Melissa, as the third bedroom has its own en-suite, and includes a bath with an overhead rain shower. We are friendly, sociable and chilled but respect each other's space, and we would love someone with their own life who is also happy to chat in the kitchen, watch TV together or grab a drink or dinner occasionally. The flat is not a party flat. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate, ideally staying for at least 12 months. No deposit contract is possible, subject to referencing, and there will be no rent increases for the next 12 months. Viewings are available from Sunday 25th October onwards. Landlord referencing is required: UK proof of address, tenancy agreement, landlord or letting agency contact details, work references and a Canopy financial assessment.
