We are looking for a third housemate to join our spacious and light house. Available from March 15th, the top-floor double room is bright and features a spacious terrace. It can be furnished or unfurnished based on your needs. You will have exclusive use of a new, beautiful bathroom. The house includes a large common area with a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated workspace. There is also a balcony on the first floor. We are two social, laid-back professionals who enjoy music, films, art, and occasional gatherings, while maintaining a peaceful home environment. Rent is £1,600 plus utilities and council tax. Pets are welcome. We are looking for a non-smoking housemate for an 11-month term.
