We have 5 children aged 12 to 19 and a small golden doodle, so some noise from the floor above may be expected at times.
We have been renting to lodgers for 9 years and plan to continue for many more years to come.
No couples please. All bills are included. A 1-month deposit is required, with a lodger's agreement and protected deposit (DPS).
