Room to rent Beverley Gardens, Greater London

Description

Recently renovated, we are looking for a new housemate to join our home. We are a couple living on the third floor of a three-story house, and two rooms are available on the middle floor. The home has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a shared bathroom for two other professionals. It also features a private garden and a beautifully refurbished kitchen. Parking is available, with easy access to Wembley Park, Preston Road, and Kingsbury, as well as the amenities of the London Designer Outlet. The surrounding area offers hilltop views and incredible greenery, providing the best of both worlds. We are all young professionals and would love to welcome someone who is fun, clean, and respectful of the space, but also friendly and enjoys movie nights. We have well-natured and quiet rescue cats who enjoy attention. All bills are included, and the rooms come fully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Each room includes a bed and mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe, and a personal fridge. Two double rooms are available: one at the front of the house with a street view, and another at the rear with a garden view. Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, desk, and floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, all decorated.
