Flat to rent Coleherne Mews, Greater London

Description

This one-bedroom flat in Chelsea has its own entrance through a small bridge and gate, giving it the feel of a tiny house. It sits at the entrance of a mews road in a very residential area, in a building with only four flats occupied by mature professionals. The flat has period features and high ceilings of 3.30m, a modern wood burning stove, a comfortable sitting area and a dining table. The kitchen has a modern compact oven with the functions of a large oven plus an integrated microwave, and a marble countertop. The double bedroom is of generous size and is en-suite. The spacious bathroom has a wet room and doubles as a changing room and laundry room, with a window allowing cross ventilation. Very large windows in each room flood the flat with natural light, and the windows were newly double glazed a couple of years ago. Everything is electric and energy efficient, with Lot 20 compliant radiators and instant water heaters. Earls Court and West Brompton are a 5 minute walk away and South Kensington 15 minutes. Available from January 2027. Rent includes Council Tax (£130) and water; electricity is extra based on meter readings. Security deposit £2,400.
