We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly, relaxed home. You will be living with three easy-going professionals who value a calm and welcoming atmosphere. This is not a party house, but we enjoy chatting in the kitchen or grabbing a coffee together. The household consists of two males and one female in their late 20s/early 30s. The property is located in a well-connected neighbourhood with great amenities, including shops and parks nearby, and excellent transport links. The available space is a double room. You will share the bathroom with only one other person. Bills are approximately £100 per month in winter. Please note that the agency requires a credit check and salary referencing.
