The living room is large and double-sized, equipped with a large TV, comfortable sofas, a large bean bag, and a ceiling-to-floor mirror. A gas fireplace is available for winter use.

The kitchen has a large extendable dining table with 6 chairs, a large fridge and freezer, a 6-ring gas hob and oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a separate dryer.

There is a guest toilet and sink on the ground floor. The first floor has a large shared bathroom with a shower/bath, sink, and toilet, complete with wall mirror cabinets. This bathroom is shared by the three first-floor bedrooms.

The garden is large and includes outdoor seating and a sunbed, as well as a BBQ for weekend use.

Bills are included from April 1st to September 30th (WiFi, water, council tax, gas, and electricity). Tenants are responsible for splitting these costs from October 1st to March 30th.
