The house is recently refurbished, offering a homely feel with a large communal kitchen diner equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge features a large flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas. There is also a private rear garden with a table.

Both rooms are furnished to a high standard with modern decor, including a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, shelves, and a fold-away desk. A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall in each room.

Both rooms share a house bathroom with one additional person.
