Room to rent May Road, Greater London

Description

Lovely spare single room available in a refurbished flat share with a live-in landlord, an IT professional. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and shelving. A large window makes it very bright, warm and dry.

The flat is fully equipped, including a kitchen with a panoramic view of Canary Wharf and the City, and a balcony. The kitchen has a large and a small oven, induction hob, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, hand blender, toaster, washer-dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom is shared, as is the living room. Fast Wi-Fi broadband is included.

The flat is a 5-minute walk from Plaistow Station (District and Hammersmith & City lines), 12 minutes from Upton Park and 15 minutes by bus to Stratford. London City Airport, ExCeL London, Canary Wharf, Westfield Stratford and the Olympic Village are all close by.

A quiet, relaxed home, ideal for studying, remote work or winding down. Non-smoking, no pets and no parties. The landlord is looking for a clean, respectful and friendly housemate. Italian speakers are very welcome, but open to everyone. Occasional family visits to the landlord may occur. A lodger agreement can be provided.
