We are looking for a third housemate to join our lovely all-female flat in Dalston. The second largest bedroom is available, unfurnished but with a built-in wardrobe. The rent is £1020 per month, excluding bills which are approximately £130-£160. The move-in date is October 24th, with an option to move in earlier. The flat has a shared bathroom with a bath/shower, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. We are professionals who enjoy a peaceful home to unwind in, and we are looking for a friendly, considerate, and sociable housemate who primarily works in a workplace and enjoys sharing a home.
We are undertaking viewings on September 15th and 16th between 6pm and 9pm.
