As a single mother living here with my six-year-old son, I seek a housemate who fits our family routine. The home is not suitable for night owls or work-from-home arrangements, making it best for someone looking for a cozy base in London. The house is shared with a female, aged 45, who does not smoke and has pets. We welcome someone compatible with our friendly environment, but couples and students cannot be accepted. The room is available Monday to Friday only, with a minimum stay of three months and no deposit required. All bills are included.
