The open-plan living area features plush seating and a 50-inch smart HDTV with streaming services. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a double bed. An additional sofa bed is available in the living area. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a brand-new induction hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, and microwave. Complimentary tea, coffee, and a starter pack of toiletries are provided.
A linen charge of £25 applies for sofa bed usage, which includes four towels. For stays over 21 nights, a linen refresh service is available.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available for work or streaming.
Standard check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am. Late check-outs or early check-ins are subject to availability and a fee of £20 per half hour. Guests are not permitted to engage with the concierge or leave luggage with them. A £50 fee will be charged for a call-out if you lock yourself out, and lost keys will incur a £100 charge for replacement locks. Smoking is strictly forbidden, with a £200 fine for violations. No extra guests or parties are allowed, and any violation will incur a £250 fine. Guests are required to complete an online verification process, which may involve a refundable GBP 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
