The terraced house is in good condition throughout and decorated in a light, modern way. It is set over three floors, with three bedrooms on the top floor (one loft room with an ensuite) and two doubles on the middle floor, which share a main bathroom on the ground floor with one other female housemate. The spacious lounge and dining area has underfloor heating. The low maintenance garden is great for eating outside and barbecues in summer. The house is fully furnished, with the main furniture and gadgets you need. Virgin fibre high speed broadband was recently installed.

We are looking for a clean, respectful and tidy housemate who wants to make this their home, is sociable but also respects personal space. The current housemates are female, both professionals, with various hobbies, and are friendly and clean. We are looking for a female professional, non-smoker, with no pets, and no couples. Lets are subject to credit check, references, passport and employer references. This is a private let with no agency or letting fees.

Leyton is about 12 minutes on the Central line from Liverpool Street. The house is a 6-8 minute walk from the station, and a 24-hour bus stop at the end of the road runs to Leyton and Stratford every couple of minutes. A park is opposite, and the Olympic village is about a 5 minute walk, with cafes, restaurants and bars. Stratford International station (DLR, and a fast train to King's Cross in 7 minutes) and Westfield shopping centre are about 10 minutes' walk. The street is quiet and residential, with permit parking freely available.
