We are two easy-going females and two affectionate cats looking for a new housemate to join our five-storey home in Stockwell. The room is on the top floor, which you will share with one of us, along with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The rest of the house has a couple of cosy living spaces. We are a home rather than just a house share, with a relaxed, warm atmosphere. Minor renovations are ongoing on the lower ground and ground floors only, and do not affect the top floors. The garden is a work-in-progress and there is access to a private residents' square. Smoking and pets are welcome, bills are included, and there is no deposit. Available from 1st December 2026 with a minimum term of one month.
