They are looking for someone around their age who is a fellow professional, clean, tidy, and up for being part of a sociable house. They would like to keep this an all-girls flat. Get Living, who manage East Village, will do referencing and income checks. The checks should be complete and cleared within 2-3 weeks. The house is friendly and often does things together, but also has its own friends and lives, so there's a good balance of being sociable and having your own space.
