Freya and I are searching for a new flatmate as our current one is moving in with her boyfriend. We’re looking for a female around our age (27) to take over her room from late July or early August for a long-term lease. The rent is £750, with bills around £100 monthly. The room is unfurnished, and we prefer not to house anyone under 26. The nearest station, Forest Hill Overground, is a 15-minute walk away, complemented by a small Tesco and a larger Sainsbury's nearby. We enjoy cooking together, love Bravo reality shows, and you might find fresh baked treats in the kitchen. I work from home occasionally, while Freya teaches music at home but wraps up by 7 PM.
