The smaller room is available from mid-December and the larger from mid-January, though this can be discussed. The flat has two toilets, one with a bath or shower, and a balcony overlooking the Heath. Beds and wardrobes are included in both rooms. Bills average £135 per month and the deposit is £3,461.53 shared between all tenants. Housemate Noa, 25, works in the civil service and enjoys powerlifting, camping, hiking and running. Prospective housemates should be kind, considerate, tidy and settled in London, and the household shares responsibilities. Couples are not accepted, smoking is allowed, and pets are not suitable.
