We are looking for a new housemate to replace our friend Patrick, who is moving out mid December. The room is approximately 2.5 x 3.2m and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. The house has a large, airy, recently renovated kitchen, dining and living space downstairs, plus a garden. There are two bathrooms and a downstairs loo; you will share the first floor bathroom with Natalie and Cormac. Bills are expected to be around £120 per month each, and council tax band F is £54.50 per person per month. We are looking for a sociable housemate for a short term stay of 2 to 4 months, with a possible move in the spring. The photos are older listing photos; we have decorated the house to make it cosier and you are welcome to do the same.
