Room to rent Bramber Road, Greater London

Description

A beautiful en-suite room in a brand-new, well-maintained flat share in Fulham, ideally located close to several Underground stations, including West Brompton, West Kensington and Fulham Broadway, with several bus stops a short walk away offering connections to South Kensington, Bond Street, Marylebone, Harrods and Imperial College London.
The room is offered at a reduced rent of £1,000 per month, instead of £1,400, in exchange for light household responsibilities: cleaning the kitchen after each use, hoovering the kitchen once a week, keeping the kitchen and communal areas clean and tidy, and taking the rubbish to the designated bins every two days.
The current household has one flatmate. The ideal housemate is respectful, considerate and responsible, and appreciates a clean, peaceful and friendly home. Couples are not accepted, smoking is allowed, pets are not suitable and no references are required. The deposit is £300, some bills are included, and the room is available from 30th January 2027 with no minimum or maximum term. Short lets are considered.
