Our flatmate is moving back to India, so we are looking for someone new to join our cosy, all-queer four-bedroom flat in Peckham. The rent is £800 per month plus approximately £100 in bills, with gas and heating included, and a £300 deposit. The available room is a spacious, furnished double with lovely views and plenty of natural light. The flat has two full bathrooms, one with a bath, and a roof terrace. The household is fully queer and ideally looking for another girl or non-binary housemate. We enjoy communal hangs, home dinners and kitchen chats, while respecting each other's space. The flat sits between Burgess Park and Peckham High Street, about a 15-minute walk from Peckham Rye station, with buses connecting to central London. The current housemates are a vegan who loves cooking, a Kiwi-British coffee industry worker who enjoys video games, and an artist who works in the creative industries. We are looking for someone in their late twenties or early thirties who is clean, easy-going and happy to join the occasional communal hang while also enjoying their own space. Couples and men are not being considered. The room is available from 13 November 2026 for a minimum of three months, with the possibility of extending.
