I am subletting my room in a 2-bed flat from September 1st to October 11th. You will share the flat with my friend Kiko, a 31-year-old professional who is a non-smoker with no pets. The flat is on the top floor, and the room faces a quiet internal courtyard. We have recently moved in and are currently adding more furniture. The rent is £1100 for one month or £1450 for the entire period, with all bills included. A deposit of £300 is required. We are looking for a single occupant who does not smoke and has no pets. Couples are not suitable.
