The property includes two fully equipped bathrooms: one with a walk-in rainfall shower, and the other with a rainfall shower over the bath, both featuring elegant tiling, large mirrors, heated towel rails, and modern vanity units.
A baby travel cot is available upon request for a surcharge with at least 48 hours' notice. Parking information is not available.
A tucked-away workspace just off the living room includes a desk, comfortable chair, monitor, and bookshelves with a range of reads, great for remote workers or quiet reading.
Standard check-in is from 3 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. An extra night will be charged for early arrivals or late departures not agreed in advance. No parties will be tolerated, and an extra £500 fee will apply should any house rules be broken. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
The location couldn’t be better, just a 2-minute stroll from the iconic Portobello Road Market and under 5 minutes to Ladbroke Grove station. Notting Hill Gate is a lively hub with boutiques, cosy cafés, restaurants, and excellent tube connections. Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park are ideal for a relaxed afternoon walk, picnic, or a visit to Kensington Palace. Westbourne Grove is a stylish shopping street lined with designer stores, beauty salons, and brunch spots. The Electric Cinema offers a plush movie-watching experience, and The Ledbury is a two-Michelin-star restaurant. Holland Park with its tranquil Japanese gardens, peacocks, and wooded trails is also a short distance away. Excellent public transport links are available via Ladbroke Grove Station, Notting Hill Gate Station (Central, Circle & District lines) and nearby bus routes, offering quick access to Oxford Street, West End theatres, Kensington, and beyond. It's approximately 10–15 minutes to Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express.
