Room 2 is also a king-sized bedroom with garden views and no traffic sounds. It has a new firm orthopaedic mattress, grey carpet, big storage, a work desk and chair, and is located next to the bathroom. This room is priced at £1100.

Room 3 is a large room, just under 16 feet, with a double velvet bed, double wardrobe with mirror, work desk and stool. It has wood floors and large windows. This room is priced at £750 and is taken until December.

The property is located in Zone 4, near Grove Park station, with London Bridge being a 13-minute train ride away.

Vegetarian pets are considered with an additional £150. No guests are allowed to maintain peace. The owner is vegan, but eggs, milk, and cheese are acceptable. Please be friendly and avoid moody people. Overseas students are welcome.

The housemates are aged 23 to 34, non-smokers, and have pets. They speak English and have mixed occupations. Their interests include travelling, gym, theatre, Netflix, fashion, nature, animals, dogs, piano, horses, veganism, chocolate, self-development, matcha, and positivity. There are currently 2 females in the household.

New housemate preferences include being vegetarian/vegan, with females preferred. Couples and smokers are not permitted. Pets are suitable. All occupations are welcome.

The minimum term is 6 months and the maximum is 24 months. Deposits are £900 for Room 1 and £1100 for Room 2. Bills are included.
