Southside Shopping Centre is only a 12-minute walk away and offers a cinema, shops, gyms, sports centres, and many other local amenities. Wandsworth Town is also around a 15-minute walk, with plenty of great places to eat and explore. The home is spacious, clean, and well looked after, with a relaxed and homely feel. It has an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, a shared bathroom, and a lovely little rooftop space, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or some sunshine. The room comes fully furnished for your comfort. The rent includes most bills: Council Tax, gas, electricity, internet, TV licence, water and cleaner.
